Whenever i play a (.wmv) format on Internet Explorer, it crashes
any help plzz..

Do you have all the updates from Windows Update?

ya i have all the updates.. the error that comes is the one that tells u if u want 2 send an error report 2 microsoft

That error box usually has a Details button. If yours does can you post back the details?

Also view your Error Log via:

[1] Start Menu
[2] Help and Support
[3] Pick a Task
[4] Tools
[5] Advanced System Information
[6] View the Error Log

Look for any synchronous entries.
