Hi,
After getting critical updates for my PC, I now can't browse through Ebay pages. I can log onto the site but I can't call up specific items because Internet Explorer blockes the pages, via a new function that apparently came with the update. I can't delete it either and restore has no effect.
I have tried turning off the pop up bloker and enabling downloads etc through the tool bar option, but the problem persists. Any iideas? Thanks

ok, i assume that you are using a firewall. if you are, what company is it? (McAffee, Symnatec, or Norton) I have had a lot of problems with McAffee. What version of IE is it. Why did you need upgrades?

you try adding the site to the Trusted sites.
& also did you take a Cookie????

Hi,
I know it was a while ago but please can you tell me if you ever resolved this problem as I'm having the same trouble? I actually couldn't access Ebay at all after having used it lots recently and a techie friend suggested I delete temporary internet files, add it as a trusted site and also as a managed web site. This now lets me access ebay but I can't log on or view items.
Any advice much appreciated as this is all way beyond me and i'm missing ebay like mad!!!!
