    Unhappy help out error message in ie

    IEXPLORE EXE - Application error
    The instruction at "0x6cc61362" referenced memory at "0x4589c73c" The memory could not be "read"
    click ok to terminate or cancel to debug

    this is what the box says can anyone help?

    This is usually caused by Spyware/Malware.

    Please follow the instructions HERE & then post your log in a new thread in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs section.
    (Not in this section please).

    Thanks for that I had no idea where to place my queery and as it was an enquiry for a friend who couldnt get her browser to stay open long enough to ask you herself i took it upon myself to help her out
