    Actually, I had the same problem as Andy and Superflyflynn, but I just fixed it, and I am so happy. However, none of the ad removal tools saw it (Spybot, AdAware, etc.)
    Here's how...

    Go here and let it do a virus scan:

    For me, it pulled up a little sucker called "troj_small.xc"

    Here are some instructions on how to rid yourself of it (basically removing msmc.exe from the registry):

    Plus, any other thing found by housecall should give you some instruction on how to rid yourself of it by clicking the blue link.
    Hope it helps, as I have been fiddling with this for the past day.
