I have recently bought a new PC and upgraded my interent connection to Broadband. I use Firefox at work and wanted to use it at home so installed it on my new PC. Unfortunately Firefox doesn't work at home and when I open it I just see the message "Waiting for..." in the status bar.
I have uninstalled Firefox but now when I try to go online using my Tiscali broadband shortcut the Open With dialog box opens and causes my internet connection to crash. Shutting down then takes AGES. I can now only get online by clicking the IE icon and I haven't dared re-install Firfox - can anyone help?
