i recently got mozilla firefox and it was working fine until i got on one day and it started to stop responding everytime i tried to use it i have tried downloading it again but that has not worked any help will be great

whats the error message yu get? i had a similar problem until someone from DAL helped me. If you have the same problem I did, I can tell you how to fix it.

I had this happen to me once with FireFox and a reinstall does no good. You have to completely wipe out FF by going to My Computer>Explore>C drive, or whatever drive you use for the OS,>Documents & Settings>Your user name>Application Data>Mozilla. Delete the Mozilla folder and then reinstall FireFox.

Go to the program installation folder 'C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox' and delete the 'xpicleanup.exe' file. Make sure Firefox is not running when you do this. You should be able to start Firefox after that.

thats what i did- except i made a backup of xpicleanup.exe ad placed it in the program folder.
