Hi,

Ive recently started having problems with my internet. Everytime i try and use a link on one page the internet shuts down and i get the standard "send error report" message. When the report comes back i get a message saying something like "there is no file associated with this programme. Create an association in the files folder"
Does anyone know what the problem is?

In order to create an association in the files folder: go to Control Panel | Folder Options | File Types

What is the ActiveX Controls aspect of the question? What is the original error message?
