I am currently using Mozilla Firefox as my internet broswer, once I try to access a certain page on a website I get an error message saying "the document contains no data". I have also tried to access it using IE and Opera but still get the same problem, it has now come to my attention that it seems to be only NTL users who can't access the site.

Any ideas on why I cannot access www.gettyimages.com?

I use Firefox and accessed the site no problem, what is your firewall setting?

I finally managed to fix the problem myself

I had to reconfigure my proxy settings.
