hi all ? my question is that every time i go online to one site its fine but when i follow a link or forward to somewhere else nothing happens just a blank page as if its trying to load ? everything was fine until i updated my bt software. i uninstalled everything put it back to standered and even restored to an earliar date through xp but no change was made any help appreciated

just got home from work and went to the site you listed (had to copy and paste it coz it just carried on with the problem) printed all the info. went to step 1 and i think it worked as i tried the link from my email and it took me straight to this site 
many thanks for your help as i am getting a bit sick of reformating , updating and getting the same problem once its all updated again ? thanks again onebadass
