Trying to access a website via AOL and getting this message....

If I go to I.E. I can access it, tried calling AOL on their freephone numebr (which soon will not be free) and they tell me it is a problem on the website and not AOL's problem??

Sorry, if I go to internet explorer I can access the website easily, on AOL I just get the error message.
