Why cant I access secure sites?

Why cant I access secure sites?
I havent been able to access any secure sites for some time now, and I have checked all the common causes for this problem and nothing has helped. I am not currently running a firewall, I have checked or unchecked all applicable TLS and SSL settings, I have cleared slates, I tried entering secure site urls to trusted sites, cleared history, temps and cookies, and have shut autocomplete off. I also have run spybot and adaware to no avail. I also ran panda software; nothing was found. I tried to install mozilla firefox browser and that wouldnt work at all.
If anyone can help me with teh below logfile and see if there is something there that could cause this I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. I am about to start law school and need to be able to access secure sites on my computer for school throughout the day, so it is really important. Thank you in advance for any help.
Also, if there is nothing in the log, any other suggestions? Thanks.
