Since Dec '04 when I changed to Onetel as my ISP on a limited access which requires dial up, I have no difficulty accessing the Internet but can only bring up my home page by repeated efforts sometimes for as long as 20 minutes. I keep getting the 'Page not available' no matter what web site I try. I have taken advice from Onetel to no avail and have had my internet settings checked ad nauseum and tried various suggestions e.g. diabling firewall.
Is it likely that because I'm on dial-up which is low speed compared to Broadband that I am being crowded out? I occasionally get through first time.
