I belong to a chat room on msn, when you first join you have to install an active x program to use/see the chat room. Well it seems mine is corrupted and would like to know how to remove the code to reinstall it again. the files it uses are msnchat45.ocx. I can disable it but can't get it out so the web site will re intall it. any ideas, TIA

Clear your Internet Explorer cache and cookies:

Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then Internet Options,

Then click the Delete Files button, and when that's complete click the Delete Cookies button.

Then, click the Settings button, and then click View Objects.

Then, right-click the MSN Chat Control, and choose Remove.

Then try going to MSN.
