My friend has recently set up ntl broadband, But is unable to use the internet or email. We have used the cd to set it up,but still unable to connect. I went into tools, internet options, connections and then settings and entered the IP address, this was the advice given from trouble shooting. Still not Working. ?do we need the port number. I also ping the IP address and this was ok
