I am using WIN XPPro SP2 with IE 6.0. My problem is with Outlook Express 6.0. I received 2 messages:
1st = "Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to open the Outlook Express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. Contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. (0x80007007E, 126)."
2nd = "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly."

I am not out of memory or disk space. I do not want to lose my OE 6 data and folders.

I followed the leads support.microsoft.com with no success.
I changed the isinstalled registry key from 1 to 0
I tried to reinstall XP SP2 - OE SP2. No Success.
