I have Java installed but on numberous websites I am having problems runnings parts of them when this is required eg on some sites I might have to log in by clicking a link that produces a Java pop up box and it simply won't open. Not sure why this happens as Java is installed and I even see the icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen (sometimes more than once).

Is there some setting I need to change or something else I should install? I have these problems in both Internet Explorer and Mozilla.

Do you have a pop-up blocker?

Either in a 3rd party app. or a firewall or SP2?

No i'm pretty sure there's nothing like that running.

On one site i get an error message from explorer saying "problems with this web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning properly" then there is an error: 'RMAwinW' is undefined and another one saying: object unexpected

What are some of the sites that you are having problems with?

One such site is www.manutd.com where you need to log in by accessing the home menu button in the top left. when i click log in nothing happens and i get error messages.

I get no response from that site. Not even an error. Just a blank page endlessly searching.
