I'm losing my internet connection after about 10 minutes of being online. My pc is redialing automatically, however in the dial up box there is no indication as to what is being dialed. I can stop the re-dial, but then the re-dial starts again. The only way to stop this cycle is to shut down, which I can do without a problem. When this first started last week I ran my BT Anti Spy ware and something was found in my C drive, however in complete panic just hit the remove button and did not write down the name of the offending bug. My spyware is now indicating all is clear, however the problem persists.

Can you point my in the right direction. This is doing my head in and not being the most computer literate person in the world makes this even more frustrating. Many thanks.
