    Tons of Error Pages

For the last 3 days, whenever I try to click on links or my email, I receive error messages like: Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. And asks me to send an error report to Microsoft, then the page disappears. The same thing happens when I am in Incredimail, but it will say, Incredimail has encountered a problem and needs to close. My computer also just freezes. Other error messages that pop up are: iexplore.exe, imapp.exe, fxssvc.exe, kernal32.dll, Power Meter. ccApp, Generic Host for Win32, res://shdoclc/syntax.htm#http:// I am running WindowsXP Home Edition 2, and usually browse with Internet Explorer. I have Norton Internet Security/AntiVirus Installed. Please help! I appreciate anything you might be able to tell me that may help. Have a GREAT Day! toni425

    Hello,toni425 & Welcome

Do this here first then post back with any info you get

Go for free online Virus scans here:

    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/hou.../start_corp.asp
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

Be sure and put a check in the box by "Auto Clean" before you do the scan. If it finds anything that it cannot clean have it delete it or make a note of the file location so you can delete it yourself.
