A few days ago I lost my Tiscali broadband connection. I was on line and got disconnected. When I tried to reconnect I noticed that the actual connection was gone. Deleted. Since then I have had to go through the connection wizard to establish my details and connect :-(. I have done a virus scan and deleted a couple of Trojans updated my virus protection booted in safe etc as per Nortons instructions but can't get rid of the problem.


Sometimes after a scan the connection in control panel reappears. I am baffled.
Any ideas please. Window XP
