Hi Im not sure if i have put this in the right place and if not im really sorry. My friend has been getting this error message

An error occurred during execution of template
/opt/bmadmin/bms/docroot/templates/playgames/load_mp_game.jsp

when she trys to play scrabble on www.games.com she has been able to play this before and doesn't know why she can't get into it now could some one please enlighten us on what this means
