Internet connection failure
I have used virgin net as ISP for two years without problems. Now every time I dial out to connect to internet I get message from modem that incoming call (no number) and modem disconnects. I can hear the dial tone, have checked dial up number, modem settings (fine) have switched off firewall and bought new usb cable. Still have same problem . Can anyone help me PLEASE?

Is it BB or just dial up? is virgin net having problems? have you looked on the site and the status?

Thanks for reply. I have dial up connection not broadband. Virgin net apparently not experiencing problems so I am stumped!
All suggestions welcome to help me out.
