Hi, I hope someone can help. Everytime I try and dowload something from the Net, it comes up and asks me what I want it decoded to, i.e, Windows European, etc. It then puts it is heiroglyphics and i can't read it. I have tried various combinations and it still is unreadable. We run Windows 98 and have norton antivirus and Norton firewalls. Can anyone please help me?
