your faultlog is littered with Invalid Page Faults.. not sure what you know about these but basically they arise from memory management problems due to either...
1. damaged/corrupt comp memory (very rare and a last resort)
2. virtual memory (VM) becoming unstable/corrupt due to shortage of physical memory(RAM)
3. VM becoming unstable/corrupt due to shortage of free disk space (as this is accessed by VM) I won't bore you with VM but while we're on it just check you VM settings to make sure that your letting Windows manage it.
4. incompatibile/problem software... this is the most common cause of an IPF
