Click Fix Checked
Then boot into Safe Mode and ensure that you are showing Hidden Files and Folders.
Go to the Control Panel. Double Click Add/Remove programs and uninstall the following:
VBouncer/Bouncer/Virtual Bouncer/Spyware Labs
Delete the following files and folders:

Hello.
I am having a similar problem. Both IE and Firefox will not run on my computer. Firefox used to run but when the automatic update to the new version, version 3.0.14 happened, it would not open. There aren't any roundabouts that I can take either like some people have. I have no ability to use any browser. I plan to revert back to version 13 for Firefox for functionality but that doesn't solve the problem.

I've never used HijackThis before. I know that most of the items listed aren't bad, but if there is something that may be holding me up and not allowing my browsers to open I don't know what it is. Virus and spyware scans from AVG and Spybot respectively are clean. This is happening on my desktop as well. Any advice would be helpful.
