domain registration
I'll apologise at the start, because I can't find an obvious place to post this question.
When you buy a domain name (co.uk, org.uk) you usually get it for two years at around three or four quid per year.
What happens after the two years - how do you pay for it, and is it still the low cost.

Rannoch

Hi,
Before the domain expires your domain registrar should send you an email or letter to tell you that you need to renew the domain. It is ultimately your own responsibility to make sure you renew your domains before they expire however. If the domain does expire it will go into a holding period before being re-released to the public to buy. The cost to renew may change depending on who you registered the domain with initially but if anything it should stay the same price or get cheaper.
