Hi I'm new at this so please bare with me.I can't download or print anything from the internet.I'm running win xp pro over xp home.The problem started a couple months ago. I have tried everything I know to do.I have tried norton, spybot, spykiller, panda,and a couple others.Someone even put themselves as administrator of my computer.I'm at a total loss please help.
