Hi could I maybe have some help for myself too please. I have posted about this before. My IE comes up with a message saying there is a problem and it will now close even if I have not clicked on the icon. The box also says funny squiggle thing then the numbers 7271717672.TMP. If I click on the close box I lose my entire desk tope and caanot shut my machine down properly. I usually just go in through MSN messenger and drag the box out the way. I have windows ME on it and have tried AVG and Spybot, any help would be great.

Have you emptied your temp internet files out? If it gets full, errors will start occurring.

How do I empty out the temporary internet files?

Open IE and go to tools on the top menu, select internet options. A box will come up and you will see Temporary Internet Files half way down. Click the button that says Delete files.
