Got a disc boot failure msg after replacing bad psu. T3256 Win-XP. Recovery disc
will not boot. Msg in German?

Hi Joe and Welcome.

Since this happened right after replacing the PSU, I would go back and make sure all your power connections were made, and are tight and secure. You might also try another power cable to the drive.

That said, are you sure the drive was good before this? If you had to replace the PSU, a bad PSU could have damaged the that drive.

Thank you. I will ck the power cables, I did replace the HD its about 6mos old. I was able to get into set-up to
ck the Cmos settings. So I would think the HD is connected properly.
