We got a computer from a company we bought, when we turn it on it says WARNING PC entering power saving mode. Then the screen goes blank and the power button goes from blue to orange.

The keybourd and mouse are non resposive. Can anyone help me, I've already looked at other threads were this happens, but non have any answers

I have a HP Pavilion m703 monitor with a HP Pavilion t550a computer.

And I deleted that other post to avoid confusion and duplication of effort.

Note this could be the computer, or the monitor not sensing the signal from the computer when the computer (Windows) changes resolutions.
