Wasn't sure where to post this on. How often is it recommended to remove the cover of a pc and blow the dust off the fans "after locking them from spinning," and innards. I clean mine roughly once or twice a month but than my apartment is dusty in a weeks time.

You clean the heat trapping dust out when it needs it. There is no real schedule because there are too many variables. If you have pets, kids, smoke, leave your systems running 24/7, and live in a dusty environment, you need to clean more often than someone with no pets, no kids, don't smoke, run your system just an hour a day, and have HEPA filters throughout the house.

So, my general recommendation is to inspect monthly and clean when necessary.
