I have a Brother DCP130C it is only 18 months old and I am getting an error message saying clean unable 51 can anybody PLEASE help me resolve this problem. thank you

Did you check your manual? It says for "Clean unable",

The machine has a mechanical problem.
–OR–
A foreign object such as a clip or ripped paper is in the machine. Open the scanner cover and remove any foreign objects inside the machine. If the error message continues, disconnect the machine from the power for several minutes and then reconnect it.

If you have done that and still no luck, then you might try contacting Brother.

I have done that & I still Get the same message
