After the first change of the black ink cartridge the printer persists in giving clear, horizontal lines across the text, at about 3cm spacing between these lines. These lines of missing text are about 2mm deep. I have tried changing the ink cartridge again, unplugging the printer and re-installing to no avail. Help, please. Hi peter,

1. Remove both your ink cartridges,
2. Attempt to print something from your computer
3. Clean your printer heads (Where catridges go and run across)
4. Re insert ink cartridges (Making sure they are clear of leaked ink)
5. Restart Printer
6. Re-Attempt a print
