DVI Splitter Question
Hey guys
I have a question; Is there any reliable way to make it so that I can connect my PC to three monitors, but only show in two? Then I can switch between the two monitors at will. For example:
Monitor 1, Monitor 2 and Monitor 3 are connected to my Computer. However, I primarily view Monitor 1 and 2. But every now and then, I want to only view Monitor 1 and 3. Is this possible?
I ask because I have two monitors and a TV. Right now, I'm connected to the two monitors, but sometimes I plug in my TV into my computer to play games on the big screen while laying down, and that requires me to unplug the second monitor from my computer (which is a pain, because I can't see ****, its on carpet which means I can't move it out without lifting it and it's right up the wall, so I can't see the sockets), then plug in the other one and vice versa.
I looked up some DVI Splitters, but I read some reviews and they seemed kinda unreliable. I wanted your opinion.

There are KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) switches that let you swap individual monitors in and out, but I am not aware of any that swap 2 out of 3. I am sure for a price, something custom can be designed. A second graphics card may be a doable workaround.
