The laptop boots directly to the BIOS screen. If i press on the <Enter Setup> choice, nothing happens. I can only use the UP or DOWN arrows keys for choices but nothing happens on any choices. It looks like the ENTER key is not accepted or doesn"t work. So I can't continue to enter the BIOS setup and revert to facory defaults choice. Thank you

use a different keyboard usb perhaps
or did you open up your laptop and removed the keyboard?
if so then open it again and push in the cable and clip it properly as earlier DO NOT use extensive force
problem solved

As previously responded, Plug in a usb keyboard, Which will allow you to get into bios to boot with default settings, then unplug the usb keyboard and re-try laptop keyboard,
