Some keys not working: typing alphabet: cepfhiklmofptu;vwx
I'm trying to fix a Toshiba Satellite C655 running Windows 7. Not sure what was pressed, but I've tried FN and control and with Alt with no success.
In both Word and Notepad if I try to type the alphabet from a to z it shows up as the same thing: cepfhiklmofptu;vwx The numbers 1 through 0 show as: 44 12 46 and the spacebar shows as a 4, sometimes with a space before or after.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Not sure if System Restore will help with that - it would not hurt, but I would only do this if problem just started in last day or two.
You might check the keyboard tab in your Region and Language settings in Control Panel.

Check if there is latest KB driver or chipset driver.
Use external KB to try.
Hope this helps!
