Hi I have a Dell D620 laptop with a tsstcorp l632d dvdw drive and since I performed a system restore it wont burn cd's or dvd's and it says the drivers are installed, i have tried deleting the upper and lower filters but this does not help.

Third one down there a fix it called Your CD or DVD drive cannot read or write media

This may remedy your problem. Hope it helps
