Hi, i have a quad core q9550 and i just fitted a new noctua nh-u12p cpu cooler and the temps vary quite abit i have reseated it a couple of times just to make sure i did it right but it made no difference.The motherboard is a gigabyte GA-EP43T-UD3L.These are the core temps not under load.Core #0 and #1 fluctuate core 2 and 3 stay the same and each time i reseat it core 2 and 3 have been the same temps 41 and 36. Is there something else i can try or do i just keep reseating it.
