Toshiba Satellite L35...Turn on the pc once in the Winodws XP window it does not do anything else jsut stays on that window with the bars going from left to right they just keep going. I do not have the original cds but I do have a SPOTMAU Powersuite 2009 pro cd. can I use that to boot up and make any necessary repairs
