brand new computer i just built, has random restarts, blue screens, and slow times to access hard drive.
sometimes random games after installed get corrupt.
everything is brand new from newegg, and i replaced the hard drive. for another brand new one, tried reinstalling the OS same thing.
the computer says i dont have a legit copy of windows 7 64 bit, which i do, and when i enter the key it says its already in use. like its getting corrupt on the hard drive
any ideas guys?
thanks so much for any advice or help
I would pull everything out of the case and start over, making 200% sure you don't have any extra standoffs in the case. Did you use TIM? Is your PSU sized right?

thank you for the fast reply
standoffs = The motherboard is mounted to the case/enclosure with these. They "stand" the circuit board (motherboard) away from the enclosure. They are about 1/4" long.
yes theres about 8, what about them?
You asked; "i dont know what u mean by standoffs" They "stand the board off" of the enclosure.
Yeah, we get mistaken for identical twins all the time. ;>)
lol nice, so do you think you can help me? im desperate![]()
Digerati will take care of you. He'll be along soon. I just jumped in to inform you what standoffs were.
