Computer shuts down during boot
Ok, so I bought an emachines W5243 in january of 2008.
I have kept all the original hardware except for recently replacing the monitor with a Samsung 32'' LN32B360 HD tv. For the past month or so, I've had a problem with the computer not wanting to start up. It will shut down either during boot normally. Sometimes, however, there is no problem and it does fine. In the past week, however, it's gotten worse and now I can't get it to make it past start-up any time I try it.
After talking to people and looking online, I thought it might be the PSU. The current PSU was a Delta DPS 300ab-15b. I replaced it with a Nupower RX-380k. Also, while doing this, I upgraded one of the sticks of ddr2 512mb ram to ddr2 1gb ram, hoping that the increased ram would lead to less of a drain on the psu and thus keep the psu ok. Normally, since I'm running vista on 2 sticks of 512mb ddr2, the computer sounds like it's about to explode.
So, anyway, replaced the psu and ram, went to start it up, and the same problem occured, shut down mid boot. Does anyone have any ideas what my problem might be. I'm not really good with hardware and not being able to use my computer
is killing me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Friend,
Can you go in BIOS? Check the Temp of you CPU. May be the Heat-Sink is not correctly installed? It's a protection to avoid melting your CPU.
Thanks,
