My drive for whatever reason will read blank dvd media but yet will not read a burnt dvd it will just spin up really loud but will not do anything, i have already tried to uninstall and let 7 reinstall it with no success ive also cleaned the lens to no avail. It will read cd's on occasion but im not quite sure what the issue is any suggestions? it is a hp dvd1040r trying to reinstall 7 and need to get this working asap thanks!!!
