GCC 4418B I have windows XP I have tried memorex and Verbatim discs and I continue to get messaage

Could not burn to media try different brand of media or perhaps you need to reinstall driver.

I have researched and the driver is supposed to be an automatic driver from windows can not find any driver for this particular model anywhere to download.

Any suggestions?
