i keep getting this error when playing games

clock interrupt was not received on secondary processor 0x00000101

can anybody help with this issue

specs of computer are

motherboard : gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H
cpu: AMD Phenom(tm) 9950 Quad-Core Processor @ 2.6ghz
ram: 2x 2gb kingston 800mhz ddr2
hdd: SAMSUNG HD103SI ATA 1tb
graphics card: saphire hd480 512mb pci express
power supply: ocz stealth extreme 600watt

I agree with Jim, this could be caused by a number of things which makes troubleshooting that much harder.

If you are overclocking, stop! At least until this is resolved.

When did this problems start? Did you recently make any hardware or driver changes/updates? If started in just the last couple days, you could try System Restore to a point just before it started.

Is the interior of the computer clean of heat trapping dust?
