i got external iomega screenplay pro hd. i cant record from tv because i cant get a picture. ive tried connecting to scart fittings in all tvs in the house. it connects via hdmi and supposedly with a cable with red, yellow and white pin connections on either end. the type you can plug in to a scart connector which i tried. brought it back to shop and picture appeared straight away. basically i cant get video out connection. would really appreciate if anyone can help. thanks. basically i got iomega external media player. to operate hdmi is needed which there is no propblem but to record from tv your supposed to just connect red white and yellow connector cable to video or tv but its not showing me tv picture. i brought it back to the shop and it worked no propblem for them. i dont understand. please help if you can. thank you. john
