i have 3 pci slots, each one puts out enough power to turn the light in my mouse on, but not power it. and when i swap out cards and touch it to the chassis and the pci slot, i can hear it in my speakers (which are hooked into the integrated sound card on my mother board) are there any tools to help solve this or do i need to rma?
