my computer Case makes a sound similar to the cd rom sound and after this sound everything on windows stops for seconds even the audio everything is lagging and then its back again

but sometimes this lagging keeps for more than a minute it keeps stopping then working then stopping,etc.

I cant really tell where is the problem I thought its windows so I formatted the Main driver and installed a new clean Windows but this strange lagging is back again

Who is the manufacturer of your hard drive?

If you do not know right click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager.

Now click the + next to Disk Drives and this will show the drive and manufacturer.

Now go to the manufacturers web site and download and run their diagnostic tool:

I didnt got the chance to compelete this test as my brother shut it down while I was a sleep
but now windows doesnt start and it says disk read error press alt+del+ctrl

How long is it since you cleaned out the dustbunnies. A once a month chore which is often over looked.

Heat and dust is the enemy of any system.
