Laptop crashes when Playing HD videos / Video chat / Playing Games.
Hi all,
My computer is behaving wierd from last couple of months. It all started after installing a game which wasn't even latest it ws a very old version of counter strike.
It all began with random crash during the game. So I removed the game and suddenly the HD videos of youtube started freezing and machine started crashing. Thought my machine isn't powerful so might be an issure there.
Later on found out even the Video chat on skype started doing the same.
Started keeping the track of CPU and RAM process. I found out it all happens when i do above mentioned things ..... The CPU process goes 100% and ends up in crash without any control. But if I close respective program the processes return to normal.
To resolve I have tried everything
- Changing operation system from compatibility issues
- Update all drives more than 3 times
- Formated my laptop twice since the first encounter
- Flashed newer version of BIOS
- dxdiog test (everything successful)
- Graphic card working fine
- Fan cleaned (as someone told it might be the heating problem)
- Tried on both battery and without battery same results
