i am thinking of buying one of these for my 9 year old daughter who loves playing mushi monsters and similar games - would it be a good buy?

At £110 or £99.99 it is about a third the price of a low end laptop such as:

Ei System Sorrento1 Laptops - Cheap Ei System Laptops. Buy the Ei System Sorrento1 laptop at PC World.

Yet I would say the laptop is over 100 times as powerful of a machine. Just the hard drive is 160GB compared to 2GB. The RAM from 64MB to 2GB.

I would say an inexpensive laptop would be a better buy plus offer many more usage options in the further; school etc.

The Net Browser 3000 looks like a very over priced toy in my opinion when you can get a powerful laptop for just 3 times the price.
