Hello I had a ATI Radeon 8450. I also have a TV to VGA adapter from ebay. When i hooked the adapter from my TV to PC it what i could make out as what would be on my computer screen with a regular monitor but it was garbled and Skipping makin it unusable.

How would i go about using My HD TV as a monitor for when I want to play games or something.



My adapter looks like this but the Cords are Red Green and Blue and doesnt have the extra black cord.

The black plug is S-Video.

Sounds like your adapter might not be adequate.

Is there any kind of ID on it?
