Hi! I am in the process of replacing the DC power jack on my Lenovo Thinkpad T41p laptop, and I can't figure out how to open it up for access. Could someone please explain how to do it in plain English? I'm not a computer technician by trade-just an ordinary guy who gets stuck into some of the weirdest computer problems imaginable!

OK, it's been a long time since I've posted, so this question is going to probably sound dumb, but will the IBM T41p hard drive and RAM fit a IBM T43 laptop? Reason I'm asking is that something snapped inside the T41p when we were trying to replace the jack, and there is a T43 for sale on Ebay really reasonable minus hard drive and RAM.
